We deliver quickly and worldwide, but magic dust is expensive - so you have to pay a little bit for shipping.
You can pick up your magical items completely free of charge from us in Græsted by appointment.

Payment and delivery accepts payment with the following cards: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro. No fee is charged for payment by card, nor for using Mobilepay or Paypal. Public institutions have the option of paying via EAN number. You also have the option of paying in advance by bank transfer. Please note, however, that you are not covered by the objection scheme when transferring an account.


The data you provide in connection with an online purchase paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL). Only PBS can read them. Neither the online store nor others have the opportunity to read the data.


The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched, unless it is a made-to-order item. Items that may be backordered will be sent free of charge as soon as they are back in stock.

The prices are stated in Danish kroner. On top of the price, the price for freight must be added. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.

All prices for Denmark, Sweden and Norway are shown incl. VAT and no additional customs clearance fees are imposed. As Norway exempts books from VAT, Norwegian customers can shop this product group without VAT. If you are a company in the EU or Norway with a VAT number, you can trade without VAT.


Regardless of the size of the order, all shipments cost:
DKK 39 for customers within Denmark
DKK 69 for customers in the EU and DKK 129 for customers outside the EU.
To Norway and Sweden, express delivery (DHL) is also possible for DKK 229.


We deliver with PostNord in Denmark and other countries within the EU at the applicable postage prices. For foreign countries, however, it is also possible to choose express delivery with DHL or GLS with a special agreement.


After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. You will also receive an e-mail when the goods are sent from our warehouse. You can see your previous orders at any time by logging into your profile at with your username "mail" and your code, you can always reset your profile if you have forgotten the code or username.

If you live in Denmark, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days normally. If you order before 2.00 p.m., the delivery usually reaches you the next day. If you live in Sweden or Norway, you can expect the package within 2-5 working days.

If you order express delivery, the order can arrive in 1-2 days in Norway, Sweden and most of Europe.

Right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at The cancellation period therefore expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) get physical possession of the item - then you must return the item to us within a further 14 days.
If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See refund of delivery costs in case of cancellation below.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period starts from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office or handing it in personally to the above address. However, this is only subject to prior agreement via e-mail or telephone. Please note that if the item is not picked up at the post office, it may take several weeks before we get it back.

If you regret your purchase, the product amount will be refunded to you by putting it back on the card that was used for payment. This happens as soon as we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. Make sure to send adequate information in the return 

the ack, so we know where it's coming from and what you want to happen. Attach name and address and preferably a copy of the invoice or printout of any correspondence you may have had with us. Use possibly the form at the bottom. If you do not want us to return the item amount to the same place where the payment came from, you can attach the registration and account number to which you want the refund to take place.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

- Delivery of goods which have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch or are a made-to-order item "this is always stated in the sales advertisement of the sub-product you choose to buy".

- Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly, possibly Balloons.

- Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

- Delivery of sealed sound or image recordings or software on which you have broken the seal.

- Delivery of digital content, downloads, online video instructions, apps, movies, etc..


How to use the right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can e.g. send a letter, an e-mail that you regret to us, you cannot make a call to make use of your right of withdrawal, it must always be by letter or e-mail:

You can use the law's standard cancellation form via this link and send by email afterwards, but it is not mandatory. If you do so, we will immediately acknowledge per email for receipt of your cancellation. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.


The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.


Return of the item and return costs
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.

Note: the return shipment must be delivered to this address - and must not be sent without redistribution e.g. for collection in a parcel box/flex delivery.


If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to very large stage props. The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of DKK 1,000.


Refund of the money in case of cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

If you have purchased several items in one order and regret only part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.


We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.


Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions.


You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in such a way that the seal has been broken, and you have therefore had access to a link that teaches you about the product and the secret, which you must not or would/can't in a business either, the item is considered more than tested, and we therefore do not take it back or give the money back, as we live off the secret behind magic numbers being hidden until these are purchased. If we can't sell the item again, or can't sell it at full price again because there are obvious marks after the test, you can count on us deducting the depreciation from the amount you have to get back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.


You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.


We recommend that you always return the item in that period 

original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.


When you shop at, you as a private customer of course have 24 months' right to complain under the Sales Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

When you return the item, please clearly indicate what the fault consists of. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.


If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, we will contact you when we have received the item, unless we have already been in contact about the matter before.

Information on appeal possibilities
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Daniel Maischnack at If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.


We register and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the goods to you, e.g. for freight companies.


Personal information is registered at Tjalfes Magic - and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.


We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries where your data is adequately protected.

You have the right to know what details about you we process.

If you believe that the details are inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. It can, for example, be data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we used it.
