These purchase terms apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Tjalfes ’Magic CVR 39978296 the following called Tjalfes Magic. Purchase information:
Your order is sent from our warehouse in Græsted. Changes and surcharges must be made before your order is processed and shipped from us. If you discover any errors in your order, it is therefore important that you contact our customer service immediately to change your order, if it is still possible and your order has not already been processed by our team.
We offer a 12-month warranty on our range, with the exception of consumables and batteries. We offer a 6-month warranty on these products.
All prices are incl. VAT or excl. VAT, depending on what you have chosen. Any fees for shipping as well as invoicing fees may be charged, which in such cases is stated at checkout. After an order has been confirmed, the price can only be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, eg war, natural disasters, etc.) as well as in case of obvious errors in the stated price.
Right of withdrawal:
With us, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (does not apply to companies). If you want to return an item for exchange or refund during this period, you must follow the return procedure on the following email:
As a consumer, you have the right to inspect the product (does not apply to spare parts, memory cards, USB connectors, batteries, headphones / headsets, hygiene items). If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you as a customer and Tjalfes Magic - or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item that Tjalfes Magic - has provided, the item can be returned. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint, which for example does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. A complaint to Tjalfe's magic - must be made within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered, but no later than within 6 months. Tjalfe's magic - in the first instance reserves the right to rectify the error. Otherwise, an exchange of the item and eventually a refund may be possible. In case you want to make a complaint, please contact customer service at our email and we will send you a return label. In the event of approved complaints, we will refund the shipping. Note, however, that you must have a return label from Tjalfes Magic - otherwise we do not have the opportunity to reimburse the return shipping afterwards.
Devices exposed to water and moisture damage are not covered by the warranty. This also applies to smartwatches and activity bracelets with an IPX rating.
Incorrect complaints will be charged with a minimum of DKK 179. incl. VAT up to the actual handling costs. It is your responsibility as a customer that the return shipment arrives safely.
As I said, we are responsible for return shipping (does not apply to companies) for approved advertising
amations. However, if you want to send the package as a traceable shipment, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.
Complaints are not treated as returns through open purchase if you, as a customer, after our feedback, change the reason for the return.
Minimum orders:
Minimum order is 29 DKK.incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs.
Payment methods:
Clear House a / s - In collaboration with Clear house a / s we receive payment with Clear house a / s - Clear House a / s gathers all the important payment methods in one and the same solution - we only offer credit card payment in our shop or cash in the store (payment options may vary over time). You decide which payment method you want to use at checkout before confirming the purchase.
The delivery method and any fees that are incurred will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the purchase. A minor credit check is performed and in some cases involves a credit assessment. In the event of late or non-payment, a fee and default interest will be charged.
Delivery terms:
The normal delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days for stock items. In high season it can take a little longer, up to 3-5 working days. Items that are not in stock, but which must be ordered from the supplier, have a longer delivery time. You will find information about the current stock status of each product on our website. You will receive notifications of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information on the website in connection with the order confirmation or subsequently via a separate e-mail. Of course, you have the right to cancel or change your order here. We cannot offer compensation due to delivery delays. If some of the products you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other products in your order, we may in some cases divide your order into several shipments. As a customer, however, you never have to pay more than the original shipping price.
Please note that we do not deliver to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Uncollected packages / incorrectly entered address:
Large packages are left at the place of delivery for 14 days before being returned to us. For uncollected packages, which are returned to us, a fee of DKK 250 incl. VAT to cover Tjalfes Magic - transport and administration costs. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If we get the shipment returned due to an unknown address, or because you have moved out of the address, we will charge DKK 59 to cover the administration costs.
Delivery methods & responsibilities -We offer the following delivery methods:
Letter / Shipping Letter - For orders with a smaller weight and volume. Your order is delivered directly to your mailbox or to the selected postal delivery point of your choice. If the package is too large, the postman will either call you or leave a notification so that you can pick up the package at the nearest delivery point.
Post package - Your order is delivered to the nearest delivery point. You will receive a message via either SMS or notification. We recommend that you fill in your mobile number at checkout for the shortest possible delivery time. To redeem the package, you must bring a valid photo ID. A postal package will remain with the delivery point for 14 days from the date of arrival.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the freight forwarder.
The shipping cost for an order is at least 35 DKK.

Liability in case of damage:
Tjalfes Magic - can not be claimed or held financially or legally responsible for damage to hardware, software or loss of stored memory that occurs in connection with repairs, regardless of cause or reason. Tjalfe's Magic - can also not be claimed for compensation for repairs that result in extra work or costs that arise due to a defective product or delayed deliveries. We recommend that a professional repairer or an experienced professional perform the repair.
